Starts from the 1st of September till the 31st of August.
€ 32,400 net (21.6% of initial capital).
Upon the investor’s request, and with a six-month prior written notice to Touchstone Snail, the investor will have the right to exit starting the 5th year. The ceding amount at Year 5 Exit is € 48,000 and decreases annually by € 6,400 up until year 10.
At the 10th payment, the farm property and the 1,000 m2 plot will be automatically transferred to Touchstone Snail. In case of exit, the farm property and the 1,000 m2 plot transfer to Touchstone Snail will be effective upon the settlement of the balance due to the investor.
